    no joke it's life changing!

    This has been my new daily go-to. It's been really nice to take pre-emptively before I know I'll be stressed, like a presentation at work or if I'm traveling through the airport or just trying to unwind in the evening after a long day. It's a super chill effect too. It doesn't make me sleepy or groggy, but seriously just puts me at ease. My heart and chest don't feel tight and I don't have racing thoughts and anxiety anymore. I know that this will be a LIFESAVER for the holidays.
