    I’ve always struggles with my energy levels and tried so many different B12 and energy supplements and none have really worked or I haven’t noticed any change. Being in the UK I heard of a lemme and read amazing reviews so thought I’d make a purchase. I am now on my 3rd pot!! They are amazing my energy levels have boosted and my fatigue has decreased too.     B-12 and tasty!

    I was interested in the Matcha because I know B12 is important when you are taking GLP-1's, plus energy! I know they give me a boost in the morning. I didn't think I'd care for Match just because I'm typically not a fan, but these are good, like a matcha cream flavor. Really good.
