Gummies taste fantastic! Makes you want to eat more. So far so good, I have purchased these 3 or 4 times so far and I feel like it definitely helps keep you balanced. I feel like also it helps with keeping you fresh during your period. Must try! Would advise at least getting 2 bottles. Anything you take I wouldn’t count on instant results the first round.
