I’ve been using Lemme Curb soft chews for about two weeks now, and I honestly can’t believe the difference they’ve made. I have a long history of disordered eating, including binge eating and compulsive food behaviors. Food used to occupy so much space in my mind, it was constant, loud, and exhausting.
