Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Jiaogulan) is a climbing vine native to Asia that has been used for centuries to support healthy weight management. Lemme Burn uses a patented and highly concentrated Gynostemma extract called Actiponin® to help activate the AMPK enzyme. Actiponin® has been clinically-studied to target unhealthy, visceral fat and promote healthy cellular metabolism, in combination with diet and exercise.*

What's novel about Actiponin®? Actiponin®'s patented extraction and treatment process increases the content of two novel dammarane-type glycosides—Damulin A and Damulin B—both of which are powerful AMPK activators.     2.5 weeks in so I wasn’t expecting any difference for a few more weeks. Apparently it’s not until 12 weeks that you should see a difference. I’m in the UK so the shipping charges are ridiculously expensive. Found a site that dispatches these from UK which is much cheaper.
