Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to customers within the United States. For international customers, our products may be available through our partner, iHerb. Sign up for our email and SMS to be the first to know about future expansions!
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed and processed, we're unable to edit the items in your order or fully cancel your order as we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please email our support team at support@lemmelive.com— while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will do our best to help!
When will my order ship?
We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. However, due to our very high order volumes, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep track of it.
International orders placed through iHerb are fulfilled by their team and subject to their shipping timelines.
Can I expedite my shipping?
For Domestic Orders: At checkout, you’ll have two shipping options, standard and 2-day air. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service team via email, support@lemmelive.com.
Orders to military addresses may take 3-8 business days to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your country and selected shipping method. Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $50+.
My package was marked as delivered, but it never arrived?

My favorite product is sold out. When will you restock?
Due to the popularity of our products, we do experience sell-outs. Rest assured we are working as quickly as possibly to replenish our products. We recommend you sign up for email or text alerts to be the first to receive updates on when our products are back in stock. We also recommend you sign up for our subscription program to receive your favorite products on a monthly basis, with no hassle or stock-out concern. Subscription customers also receive a discount on every order, BTW.

Are there restrictions on the quantity of vitamins and supplements I can purchase?
To comply with import regulations in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, consumers are limited to a 90-day supply of each vitamin or supplement per order. This means you can only purchase an amount that would last 90 days based on the recommended daily dosage. For example, if a bottle contains 60 gummies and the daily dose is two, you can order up to three bottles, totaling 180 gummies. Shipments that exceed this limit will be held and returned, so please ensure your order complies with these regulations to avoid any delays or issues Note:If you are unable complete your order to Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, and have verified that your address and other information are correct, your shipment may exceed the 90-day supply limit.

You can easily choose to skip a monthly shipment, change the frequency of your shipments, swap your subscription products, gift one of your shipments if you are out of town, or cancel your subscription.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to Customer Support at support@lemmelive.com for immediate assistance.
Can I return Lemme GLP-1 Daily™?
At this time, all international orders are final. For those located in the US, we offer a money-back guarantee on your first 1-bottle supply of Lemme GLP-1 Daily™. We will not be accepting returns for orders containing a 3-bottle or 6-bottle supply of Lemme GLP-1 Daily™. Please also note that there is a return processing fee of $9.99, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Our gummies are produced in facilities that also process nuts, wheat, dairy, soy and sesame.

What is the shelf life of Lemme products?
Shelf-life varies based on the proprietary ingredients in each of our products, although most of our gummies have an 18-month to 2 year shelf-life. All of our products have expiration dates on them (typically on the bottom of the gummy bottle).

It's best to store your gummies at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
Can I give Lemme to my children?
Lemme products are intended for adults 18 and older. They should not be used by anyone under 18 without guidance from their physician.

New York Dietary Supplement Age Restriction Law
What is the New York Dietary Supplement Age Restriction Law?
Effective April 22, 2024, New York General Business Law Section 391-oo prohibits the sale of specific weight loss and muscle-building dietary supplements to New York consumers under the age of 18. This law applies to retail stores located in New York, as well as online retailers selling dietary supplements to consumers in New York, and requires these retailers to verify a consumer’s age at the time of purchase. In addition, the law requires that online retailers shipping dietary supplements to customers in New York use methods of shipping which require a person 18 years of age or older to sign for the package and provide proof of age to the mail carrier.
What products are subject to the New York age restriction law?
The law applies to dietary supplement products intended for muscle building or weight loss and “over-the-counter” diet pills. The law does not apply to foods (i.e., products labeled with a Nutrition Facts panel).
Who does this law apply to?
The law applies to physical retail stores located in New York, such as grocery stores and specialty retailers, as well as online retailers. All retail establishments, regardless of whether physical or online, will be required to conduct age verification prior to sale of any products subject to this law to ensure that consumers are 18 years of age or older.
Can I still purchase these products online if I live in New York?
Yes, you can still purchase these products online and have them shipped to you in New York. If any of the products in your cart are subject to the New York age restriction law, we will ask you to verify that you are 21 years of age or older before completing the purchase.
Will my shipping cost increase?
The New York age restriction law requires that retailers use a method of shipping which requires the order recipient to sign and provide proof of identification for delivery. While this method of shipping is more expensive than traditional methods of delivery, we will still be charging our regular rate and continue to offer free shipping for orders over $50.
What kind of age verification do I need to show upon delivery of my order?
A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID with a visible birthday are required for delivery.
Why does your age verification disclaimer state that I need to be over 21 to purchase when the law only requires that purchasers be 18 years of age or older?
Unfortunately, most shipping companies will only conduct age verification for those 21 years of age or older; therefore, upon receipt of your order, you will need to present a valid ID evidencing that you are over 21 years of age.
What if I am not home when the mail carrier delivers my order?
Unfortunately, the shipping carrier will not be able to deliver the order unless an adult is present to sign for delivery. Depending on the shipping carrier, an additional attempt may be made to deliver you order. Please consult directly with the shipping company on making arrangements for your delivery, including regarding whether they will make an additional attempt to deliver your order if you are not home initially.
