They work
I take these anytime I feel like I am getting sick or if I have to travel. I gave some to my teen daughter who had the sniffles and she said it is a good way to get vitamin C and she loves them. They taste amazing and have good ingredients that are recommended to take to boost immunity. We believe in them. I sent a bottle with her to college.
