Consistency is the key to life….

These gummies are heaven sent! Ever since I started taking these, I have been using the bathroom regularly. Adults are supposed to have 25g of fiber at LEAST per day and I slack on that a lot but these help me get closer to that goal. Couldn’t recommend more
