Love this. It helps me stay asleep longer. I don’t sleep 6-7 hours straight but i fet at least 3-4 hours straight, then can fall roght back to sleep. I’m not up every hour like I was. It tastes great too! Im also not fighting to stay awake in the morning. No icky tired feeling.
