As a mind-body coach, I’m always seeking out different wellness supplements. I rarely find any that work well but was impressed with these gummies. They take the edge of stress and help me relax and sleep very well. I usually only take two a day but on days where I need the extra support, I take four. Also, ashwagandha usually gives me migraines, and these don’t!
