    Out of the blue I started struggling with being bloated. Picked the up at Ulta and they have helped big time. With first use I noticed increase in gas I guess that's part of the process .

    Fourth item I bought from Lemme to try after loving Lemme Matcha and Lemme Sleep, and as always I haven't been disappointed! Previously I'd used a greens powder to help bloating but realised it was actually causing me more issues. Lemme Debloat works amazingly, no gross mega full feeling after a big meal and it's helped to improve my gut health alongside a few diet alterations after it was damaged from a long course of antibiotics. Yet to try a Lemme product that doesn't deliver!
