Perfect for reducing inches
I noticed after a few months that this actually worked. You have to stick with it though, and stick with your workouts and eating whole foods regularly. I stopped taking it due to some financial issues and did gain a few inches back. Overall, it's excellent for burning that visceral fat, but you should not stop like I did. I will be repurchasing because it definitely worked!
