These are an absolute staple in my household. My SO and I love these gummy’s. I am a big tea drinker and always reached for Lemon Balm because of the calming properties. These provide that same support but with less trips to the bathroom haha. Great for those who aren’t huge tea drinkers but could benefits from lemon balm (which IMO is probably all of us given the current state of the world). Highly recommend, I take at the end of every work day to help switch into post work mode.
