I’ve been on several different rx medications for insomnia. Several causing weight gain. While they do help I still get up at least once a night. I wanted to try to look into something not as strong without the crazy side effects the ones prescribed an have given me. I was very surprised that the first night of taking them they did help me sleep.
I’ve been on sleep meds for over 10+ years and did not think these gummies would stand a chance. I’m still testing but happy to see I mite have an option to stop my meds!
