Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Jiaogulan) is a climbing vine native to Asia that has been used for centuries to support healthy weight management. Lemme Burn uses a patented and highly concentrated Gynostemma extract called Actiponin® to help activate the AMPK enzyme and promote youthful AMPK levels.     So far I think Leanne curb works pretty well, I notice cravings are somewhat gone. Waiting another month to see if I start to see results with Burn.
