Who can enter?
The Lemme Luxury Vacation Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state) at the time of entry. Employees of Lemme Inc., American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
How do I enter?
There are three ways to enter: (1) shop lemmelive.com — every pre-tax dollar spent earns one entry (excludes shipping and discounts); (2) purchase a subscription — every pre-tax dollar earns two entries; (3) mail in a 3"×5" card with your full name, address, phone, date of birth, and email to Lemme Sweepstakes, PO Box 165, Macedon, NY 14502-0165. Each mail-in card = 50 entries. See Official Rules for full details.
When does the sweepstakes run?
Entries open August 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM ET and close September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2026 and received by October 5, 2026. The random drawing will be conducted on or about October 6, 2026.
Do subscriptions count as entries?
Yes — subscription orders earn 2 entries per pre-tax dollar, double the entries of a one-time purchase. Subscribe & save is the fastest way to stack entries.
How will I know if I won?
The winner will be contacted by the Sponsor or Administrator via phone, email, and/or USPS mail. Please make sure your account information is up to date. The winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity within 7 days to claim the prize.
What exactly do I win?
One grand prize: a $20,000 check toward the luxury vacation of your choice, plus an additional $5,000 cash/check to help cover taxes (ARV $25,000). The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and will receive an IRS Form 1099.
