Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Germany and Ireland. Sign up for our email and SMS to be the first to know of other expansions!
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed and processed, we're unable to edit the items in your order or fully cancel your order as we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please email our support team at support@lemmelive.com— while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will do our best to help!
Do you ship orders to the UK? If so, how will orders be shipped?
Yes, we ship to the UK!. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135.
When will my order ship?
We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. However, due to our very high order volumes, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep track of it.
For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for your products to arrive.
For orders in Hawaii, Guam and Australia, please note that it can take up to 25 business days for your products to arrive. Contact us at support@lemmelive.com with any further questions.
Can I expedite my shipping?
For domestic orders: At checkout, you’ll have two shipping options, standard and 2-day air. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service team via email, support@lemmelive.com.
For international orders: Based on your location, we share the best rate and carrier available. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service team via email, support@lemmelive.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your country and selected shipping method. Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $50+.
My package was marked as delivered, but it never arrived?
We’re sorry to hear that: please reach out to our customer service team email if you are experiencing any problems with your order delivery.
My favorite product is sold out. When will you restock?
Due to the popularity of our products, we do experience sell-outs. Rest assured we are working as quickly as possibly to replenish our products. We recommend you sign up for email or text alerts to be the first to receive updates on when our products are back in stock. We also recommend you sign up for our subscription program to receive your favorite products on a monthly basis, with no hassle or stock-out concern. Subscription customers also receive a discount on every order, BTW.

Are there restrictions on the quantity of vitamins and supplements I can purchase?
To comply with import regulations in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, consumers are limited to a 90-day supply of each vitamin or supplement per order. This means you can only purchase an amount that would last 90 days based on the recommended daily dosage. For example, if a bottle contains 60 gummies and the daily dose is two, you can order up to three bottles, totaling 180 gummies. Shipments that exceed this limit will be held and returned, so please ensure your order complies with these regulations to avoid any delays or issues Note:If you are unable complete your order to Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, and have verified that your address and other information are correct, your shipment may exceed the 90-day supply limit.

How do subscriptions work?
Sign up for subscriptions to receive your delicious Lemme products every month, with no hassle or worry about your favorite gummy selling out. Plus subscription customers get a discount on every order and early access to new product drops (trust us, you want this access). Manage your subscription easily by simply logging into your account. You can easily choose to skip a monthly shipment, change the frequency of your shipments, swap your subscription products, gift one of your shipments if you are out of town, or cancel your subscription.

You can manage your account information and subscription within your account page by clicking "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details. There you can do everything from changing your shipping address, adjusting frequency, pausing or skipping an order, updating payment details and much more.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to Customer Support at support@lemmelive.com for immediate assistance.
Can I return Lemme GLP-1 Daily™?
At this time, all international orders are final. For those located in the US, we offer a money-back guarantee on your first 1-bottle supply of Lemme GLP-1 Daily™. We will not be accepting returns for orders containing a 3-bottle or 6-bottle supply of Lemme GLP-1 Daily™. Please also note that there is a return processing fee of $9.99, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Are Lemme products natural? What is your “no list”?
Lemme never formulates with high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, synthetic colors, gluten, or GMO’s. We are very mindful of sugar content, so we formulate our gummies with no more than 1-2 grams of sugar per gummy. Our products prioritize organic ingredients when possible.
What makes Lemme different from other natural products?

Are Lemme products made in an allergen-free facility?
Our gummies are produced in facilities that also process nuts, wheat, dairy, soy and sesame.
Are Lemme products vegetarian?
Yes, our products are all vegetarian except for Lemme Glow, which is dairy-free & Lemme Mama, which is vegetarian.
Are Lemme products organic?
We prioritize organic ingredients wherever we can in our supplements. That's why we're proud to say that ingredients like tapioca, sugar and even some of our natural flavors are organic. Certain micronutrient ingredients, however, cannot be classified as organic. For these, we select the most premium forms we can find.

Yes, all Lemme products are non-GMO.

What is the shelf life of Lemme products?
Shelf-life varies based on the proprietary ingredients in each of our products, although most of our gummies have an 18-month to 2 year shelf-life. All of our products have expiration dates on them (typically on the bottom of the gummy bottle).
How should I store my gummies?
It's best to store your gummies at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
Can I give Lemme to my children?
Lemme is formulated for adult-use only.
