Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Jiaogulan) is a climbing vine native to Asia that has been used for centuries to support healthy weight management. Lemme Burn uses a patented and highly concentrated Gynostemma extract called Actiponin® to help activate the AMPK enzyme. Actiponin® has been clinically-studied to target unhealthy, visceral fat and promote healthy cellular metabolism, in combination with diet and exercise.*

Actiponin®'s patented extraction and treatment process increases the content of two novel dammarane-type glycosides—Damulin A and Damulin B—both of which are powerful AMPK activators.     New User but so far, no side effects

    I have only been taking this since March 14, 2025 so I haven't noticed many changes (yet) but I will say that I don't have any negative side effects - no jitters or anything! Will come back and update after I've been on it for awhile!

    These are awesome

    Love these! I don’t take them everyday as directed just on my days I’m going workout for the added energy. Give 30 minutes and you will be ready to conquer any workout and not feel like you’re going to eat the house after. There’s no drop off once it wears off either.
