    Makes me satisfied

    Finally I have that voice in my stomach that tells me you've had enough, no need to overdo it. You could have dessert or a snack but you're not starving so you don't really need it. This product is absolutely amazing and the taste is not bad just a little sticky opening it from the wrapper. I will keep ordering these because they work great for me!
