Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Jiaogulan) is a climbing vine native to Asia that has been used for centuries to support healthy weight management. Lemme Burn uses a patented and highly concentrated Gynostemma extract called Actiponin® to help activate the AMPK enzyme and promote youthful AMPK levels.     Great combo!

    I was skeptical to purchase these items at first. It was something new and I didn’t know anyone that had tried them. After some research I said why not and haven’t regretted that decision. I was down 10 pounds in my first 6 weeks. Mind you I started moving more and getting up and walking more at work, but I had the energy too! My constant snacking went away too.     It works!

    Lemme burn capsules have been a game changer for me. They digest very well and you can feel the energy from them fairly quickly. In a month I have dropped 4 lbs. I am looking to lose about 20 total so this has been an added addition to my routine as well as walking 10K steps and doing weight lifting 3X a week. I do watch what I am eating as it has changed to a high protein but I was plateaued back in December and needed a boost to my metabolism.

    Sometimes I take these before dinner (if I’m eating something heavy like pizza and they help me have one less slice) Most often I take them after dinner so I don’t snack late and if I do eat something I’m more satisfied choosing sugar free Greek yogurt instead of ice cream
