I was extremely skeptical at first. I tried them for a few days and didn’t notice ANY difference at all. I’ve been taking one a day, consistently, for about 3 weeks now. I’ve noticed I’m way less hungry, don’t crave sugar nearly as much as I used to, and I feel full faster. I highly recommend these to anyone who is skeptical of trying them!!!
