I’m in my 20s and I weigh 157lbs now. I used to be 186lbs. I went to get my physical with bloodwork done at 186 and was shocked that I was on the cusp of being pre-diabetic. I needed to change my diet and overall stop over eating. I’m major sweet tooth, and I love to snack at work. But when a friend of mine told me about Lemme, I was so skeptical about it.
