    I was taking prescription medication for anxiety and decided it was time to stop.     i know there is Lemme Sleep, but these beauties serve me the same purpose. I take two before night and i have the BEST sleep. I don’t wake up groggy. My dreams are out of this world though!! I am on my third bottle. LOVE LOVE LOVE
